Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervision. The role includes ensuring accurate billing and ongoing documentation in the EMR, with a focus on milestone-based learning and behavior modification.

The program offers a paid training track, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within Powerback’s multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in the EMR and notifies Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor.
• Complies with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
