Job summary

ABS Kids in California is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You will use play and structured routines to teach real-life skills, collect data, and provide one-on-one support in client homes or settings.

We offer $20–$25 per hour, a bonus potential, paid RBT training, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Shifts are 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Willingness to learn ABA and data collection processes.
• Able to travel to client homes or locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child through ABA therapy.
• Use play and structured routines to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living.
