Magnet ABA Therapy is hiring for an in-person Behavior Technician to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement intervention programs, collect data, and help families by teaching important social and daily living skills.

Training will be provided, and prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with data collection and documentation is valued.
• Willingness to learn and train in ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
