Magnet ABA Therapy in Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data, support the development of behavior plans, and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, teaching social, communication, and daily living skills.

Collaboration with the BCBA will shape treatment adjustments. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to prepare you for the role.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
