Magnet ABA Therapy in Altamont, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help teach social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training will be provided, and prior experience is preferred but not required. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
