Magnet ABA Therapy in Ellendale, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting progress data, and teaching essential social and daily living skills.

Training is provided and collaboration with families is encouraged to maximize client outcomes. You will join a team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or working with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
