Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team in South Carolina. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
