Job summary

M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC in South Carolina is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children build communication and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

This role offers a supportive team, ongoing supervision, paid training toward RBT certification, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA provider.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living tasks.
• Follow all clinical and safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and concerns.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
