Job summary

M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children across South Carolina. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates are patient, energetic, with reliable transportation and a passion for making a difference in families' lives. Travel to client homes is required, and ongoing supervision and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living tasks.
• Follow all clinical and safety protocols.
