M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC in South Carolina seeks caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. You will implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living tasks.
• Follow all clinical and safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and concerns.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
