Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with autism is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers with updates on goals and strategies for generalization.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
