Lighthouse ABA, a New York City-based specialized agency, is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As part of our warm, collaborative team, you will build strong relationships with children and families, implement evidence-based treatments, track progress with data, and communicate goals and strategies to caregivers.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• ABA-related certifications not required but preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA techniques and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
