Magnet ABA Therapy in La Vergne, TN is seeking a passionate Behavior Therapist to deliver in-person Applied Behavior Analysis under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA programs, collect data on progress, and support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.

Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Direct one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
