Prior experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
Collect data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
Maintain a positive professional relationship with clients and families.
