Magnet ABA Therapy in Clarksville, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention programs, collect progress data, and support families with behavior plans.

The role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, with data-driven plan adjustments and a focus on compassionate client care. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
