Magnet ABA Therapy in Lewisburg, TN is hiring for a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA’s supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.

Training is provided; prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in data, and compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
