Job summary

HANDS Center for Autism is looking for Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in home and center settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA-based skill acquisition programs, collect data, and help ensure client safety throughout sessions.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred), an active 1+ year background with special needs, and preferably an RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Caring, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals wanted.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in home and center settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles.
• Complete daily program writing and data collection before end of shift.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on clients’ progress accurately.
• Maintain safety and well-being of all clients during sessions.
