Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to work with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one instruction in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will collect data, support skill acquisition across daily living domains, and collaborate with a team to ensure consistency across settings while engaging with families and caregivers.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs developed by the BCBA for clients' needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management.
• Collect data on client progress using designated tools.
• Help clients acquire functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Foster a positive learning environment and promote engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate updates with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
