Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA plans in homes, schools, and community settings, collect progress data, and help clients acquire essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans with fidelity.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings as needed.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect data on client progress using designated tools and methods.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a positive learning environment to promote engagement, motivation, and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate updates to clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
