Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-person, ABA-based sessions. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, implement intervention plans, and collect progress data under supervision of a BCBA.

You will help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with the BCBA to adjust plans as needed. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
