Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (ABA) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work with our clinical experts to develop and implement individualized ABA plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities include conducting in-home sessions, collecting progress data, and collaborating with clinicians to adjust treatment plans. A Bachelor's degree and RBT training are required to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Completion of Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and passing of RBT exam.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Conduct in-home behavioral therapy sessions with clients and families.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
