Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across homes, schools, and community settings in Rancho Cordova, CA. You’ll support skill development and behavior reduction with flexible daily routines.

Ideal for individuals who value variety and building strong family partnerships. No prior ABA experience required—we train you, with paid onboarding and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and travel within the service region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions.
