Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans including functional, social, and adaptive skills training.
• Utilize behavioral interventions to address client behaviors with reinforcement-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and data collection.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plan development.
• Provide ongoing training and support to parents/caregivers on strategies to implement learned skills.
