Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician - Autism Services to join our team in Folsom, California. This in-home role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and supporting families in implementing plans.

You will conduct assessments under licensed clinicians, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians
• Provide in-home behavioral therapy services to clients with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with clinical experts to design and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, including behavioral data and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on client progress and discuss best practices
