Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in Sacramento is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (ABA) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work with licensed clinicians to implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and support families in applying strategies at home.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field, completion of the RBT training program, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Completion of Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and passing of RBT exam.
• Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Conduct in-home behavioral therapy sessions with clients and their families.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
