Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, collaborating with families to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The part-time role (10-15 hours/week) offers competitive pay ($18–$25/hr DOE) and travel to client homes. A preferred RBT certification and flexible scheduling are requested to support multiple sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times
• Must have reliable transportation to client homes
• Access to a smartphone or device to capture session data
