Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and work with a supportive, growth-focused team.

The role offers part-time hours (10–15 per week), flexible scheduling, and travel to client homes. A current RBT certification is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children and/or developmental disabilities.
• Open and flexible availability across multiple days/times including daytime, after-school, and evenings.
• Must have personal transportation and be comfortable traveling to client homes.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Travel to client homes and manage session scheduling as assigned.
• Document session data electronically.
