Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate effectively, and stay energized to engage active keildren in learning daily living and social skills.

The role offers part-time hours (10–15 per week), with a focus on flexible daytime, after-school, and evening sessions, and travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible availability across multiple days and times including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain open communication and engage with active kiddos.
