Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will monitor progress, communicate with families, and help students develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills through ABA strategies.

This role offers part-time hours (10–15 per week), requires 4 days per week at 4 hours per day after 3pm, and includes training with RBT certification support and travel reimbursement where

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities or an active RBT Certification.
• Must be available 4 days a week for 4 hours a day after 3pm.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable driving to client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet for data capture.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain strong communication with families and team members.
• Engage with active kiddos and support learning through play.
