Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll track progress, communicate with families, and help implement behavior support plans in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

We offer flexible part-time hours (10–15 per week), competitive hourly pay ($23–$28 DOE), and a range of voluntary benefits. Travel to client sites is required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fun, energetic, and able to keep up with active kiddos.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in-home and in community settings.
