Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: college coursework or enrollment.
• Minimum of 6 months experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities (direct job experience preferred).
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty, and provide immunity to MMR and Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps/shadowing.
