Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism and collaborate with a BCBA to implement evidence-based ABA therapy across home and community settings.

You will collect and analyze session data, track client progress, and maintain thorough records while providing ongoing support to families. RBT preferred but not required; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree or related experience encouraged.

• Collaborate with a BCBA and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Implement ABA therapy interventions in homes and community-based locations
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress
• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families to ensure successful implementation of therapy strategies
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
