Children Making Strides is seeking compassionate ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy, document progress, and collaborate with senior clinicians to tailor interventions.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, family collaboration, and ongoing training under supervision by BCBAs, with a sign-on bonus offered after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Related experience with ABA and/or young children is acceptable.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
