Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide direct therapy to children with autism using ABA techniques. You will work with a team of 4–6 clients, following individualized treatment plans, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.

The role includes documenting progress, data collection, and clear communication with parents and staff. A high school diploma is required, 18+ years of age, and successful background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully passed an initial and subsequent background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a team of 4–6 clients under supervision.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely (daily treatment notes, data collection, parent and Partners In Excellence communications).
• Read written treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes.
• Protect clients’ PHI and comply with privacy policies and procedures.
