Gateway Pediatric Therapy in Livonia, MI is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support ABA therapy for children with autism. You will organize sessions, prepare materials, and work under supervision to deliver data-driven instruction in home or clinic settings.

Qualified candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The role offers pay per hour, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session.
• Prepare materials and keep binder, stimuli, and needed items accessible and organized.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Maintain client privacy and document progress notes in accordance with HIPAA and internal procedures.
