Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians in Torrance, CA to implement ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. Sessions may occur at CARD centers, in patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth, with data collection and progress tracking.

You will follow treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and pursue hands-on ABA experience, BCAT education boosts, and a clear career path from BT to senior roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and adhere to CARD policies.
• Seek personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.
