Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children during ABA sessions in a clinic or home setting. You will organize materials, implement lesson plans, and monitor progress under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must communicate expressively and receptively in writing and speech.
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, run quickly during emergencies.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials and ensure they are accessible.
• Arrive on time and complete all session tasks.
• Receive supervision and participate in team trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents; respond within 24 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and report data accurately.
