Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring a Behavior Technician for home-based ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement client-specific plans, collect data, and work under supervision to deliver compassionate care in client homes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child size chair or on the floor and move as needed for client safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions and at the end of sessions.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work and prep for sessions.
• Complete progress notes by the end of each therapy session.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA and Gateway policies.
