ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across settings under BCBA supervision. You will directly support clients, teach essential skills, and document progress, collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Starting rates are $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Paid training, mentorship, and a clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress to maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
