Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Worcester, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with ABA therapy in various settings, including homes and schools. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision and document progress diligently.

Qualified candidates may start at $23.50 per hour or $21.25 per hour with final pay determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
