Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism through ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics. Starting rates are $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support and deliver ABA therapy under supervision.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
