Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Colorado. The role offers paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and daily mentorship.

You will work with children with autism in center-based and home-based settings, with structured career growth and pathway progression through RBT levels. We provide benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
