Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health LLC in Lakewood, Colorado, is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time roles. You will provide ABA therapy, teach essential skills to children with autism, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Training is paid and on-the-job mentorship is provided. RBT certifications are supported with a clear career path and regular pay increases.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
Passion for helping children and families.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
Collect and record data to track client progress.
Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
