Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. The role offers training and mentorship, with on-site supervision from a BCBA and clear career progression through an RBT ladder.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and small-group work, data collection, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
