Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical tasks.
• Comfort with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality, and mandated reporting standards.
