Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health, part of the BlueSprig family, is hiring for a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role offers paid training, advancement pathways, and benefits for full-time employees.

You will provide ABA therapy and support families while growing professionally in a collaborative team. Starting with center- or home-based sessions, the position emphasizes mentorship from an on-site BCBA and a structured career ladder through RBT levels with daily pay

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
