Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism. The role includes in-center and home-based sessions, data collection, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
