Job summary

United Care ABA in the Village of Malverne, NY is hiring BTs and RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling (full- and part-time), a supportive team with clinical mentors, opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification, and a culture of clear communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete it before starting.
• Experience with children in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow treatment plans.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
