ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking part-time Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in Oxford, CT, across homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career progression.

Required availability: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, with occasional weekends. Starting pay: BT $22.25/hr, RBT $24.60/hr; final compensation depends on experience and training. Referral bonuses available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of data.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
