Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking Responsive Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and on-site ABA therapy in Monroe and Oxford, CT. The BT/RBT roles include paid training, supervision, and advancement toward RBT certification while delivering tailored care under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BT and $24.60/hour for RBT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Referrals offer bonuses and growth opportunities within a growing program.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
